During the walk we will learn about the unique role that Ronda played during the Spanish Civil War. After the walk, we will visit the oldest bullring in Spain accompanied by the same expert. Then we will enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. Afterwards we will return to Seville.

Day Trip to Cordova

Cordova, the crossroads of civilizations and mainstay of Islamic and Jewish heritage in Spain. You will enjoy an expert-led exploration of the Great Mosque and Cathedral. Next you will take a stroll through the Juderia, which was once Cordova’s Jewish Quarter and visit one of the last-standing ancient synagogues in Spain. Then you will enjoy some free time to explore.

Discover the Roman ruins of Itálica, just outside Seville. This city was founded in 206 BC and was the birthplace of the emperors Trajano and Adriano. An expert will lead our walk through its ancient streets where we will discover well-preserved mosaics, the ancient major baths and its famous amphitheater, which was one of the locations of the Game of Thrones series.

Monastery of La Cartuja
