Day by Day

Day 1

Overnight: Madrid

Arrival in Madrid. Transfer to hostel. The tour coordinator will greet everyone and will review the program schedule, emergency procedures, and answer questions. After orientation, we will set out with our tour coordinator to take a walk and explore the area around the hostel. At a restaurant, we will enjoy a delicious welcome dinner.

Day 2

Overnight: Madrid
Breakfast at hostel. After breakfast, we will depart to visit the Real Madrid soccer team stadium, the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Lunch on own. Then, we will have free time in the afternoon to explore independently or just relax. Dinner on own.

Day 3

Overnight: Seville

Breakfast at hostel. After breakfast, we will check out and we will be transferred to the train station, where we will take a high-speed train to Seville. At the train station, we will take a private transfer to our hostel. Lunch on own. In the afternoon, we will have free time to explore the city independently.

Day 4

Overnight: Seville

Breakfast at hostel. After breakfast, we will have free time to continue our independent explorations. Lunch on own. In the afternoon, we will depart to Alandis Headquarters, a beautiful XIX century Andalusian house, where we will meet up with local students and have an exchange activity with them. Dinner on own.

Day 5

Overnight: Seville

Breakfast at residence. In the morning, we will have a guided tour of the Sevilla FC Stadium, the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán Stadium. Lunch on own. After that, we will meet up with a local soccer team and have a training session with them. Dinner on own.

Day 6

Overnight: Seville

Breakfast at residence. After breakfast, we will meet a local expert who will accompany us to the extraordinary Alcazar Royal Palace and lead us throughout this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Next, we will walk around Seville’s oldest neighborhood and former Jewish quarter, the Barrio of Santa Cruz. Lunch on own. In the afternoon, we will have free time to explore, pack our suitcases or just relax. Afterwards, we will enjoy a delicious farewell dinner. 

Day 7

Breakfast at residence. Transfer to the airport at one designated time.

Ceramic Painting Workshop

Learn from an expert about the history and main techniques of Sevillian ceramics while we paint a tile that you can take home as a souvenir. Afterwards, with the same expert, we will visit the ceramic museum located in the well-known neighborhood of Triana.

Day Trip to Cordova

Cordova, the crossroads of civilizations and mainstay of Islamic and Jewish heritage in Spain. You will enjoy an expert-led exploration of the Great Mosque and Cathedral. Next you will take a stroll through the Juderia, which was once Cordova’s Jewish Quarter and visit one of the last-standing ancient synagogues in Spain. Then you will enjoy some free time to explore.
Itálica

Itálica

Discover the Roman ruins of Itálica, just outside Seville. This city was founded in 206 BC and was the birthplace of the emperors Trajano and Adriano. An expert will lead our walk through its ancient streets where we will discover well-preserved mosaics, the ancient major baths and its famous amphitheater, which was one of the locations of the Game of Thrones series.
